If you are looking for an AMAZING Real Estate Attorney, look no further!!! I purchased my 1st home last year. It was QUITE a whirlwind of an experience, to say the least!!! Emotions were high and the decision making process was not a fun experience!! However, hiring the right Attorney makes a HUGE difference in the home-buying process!!! To say that Attorney Staci Rhoads was INCREDIBLE throughout the whole intimidating process is a HUGE understatement!! She was EXTREMELY supportive, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, EXTREMELY helpful, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure this VERY intimidating and emotional process went smoothly, and that everything was prepared long before my closing date!!! She was AWESOME to work with professionally (with the sellers agent, sellers attorney, the Association, and my lender) and personally (to make sure I was taken care of emotionally and mentally, she prepared all the paperwork, got everything in order, responded to my emails, phone calls and texts in a VERY timely manner)!!! I cannot thank her enough for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure this intimidating process, as a 1st time home-buyer, went so smoothly!!!
