Jim help us to understand the WHY and role of an attorney when buying a house in ILLINOIS.... we had completely different experiences in Ohio and Kentucky before ... as there you don’t need that level of interaction thru lawyers when buying a house .. So he was very proactive and detailed oriented which was very good when you are expending such amount of money (including very high taxes). We was open to do things virtually since day 0 during this unusual time ... I will recommend Jim next time someone ask me about a good Lawer no question...
