Scott Kane Stukel represented us in a legal matter where we unsure about our options in a pending lawsuit. He clearly knew from experience what those options were for us specifically and communicated them very effectively. He advised us on an appropriate strategy and it resulted in the best outcome. Even if the outcome were reverse we feel we would have been well represented due to Scott Kane's history with copyright law and relevant matters. Scott helped me form my LLC and was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I understood the different corporation types and which was best for me. He also offered guidance with other areas a small business like mine might need legal protection, such as intellectual property & commercial law. Scott really exceeded my expectations and his work was worth every penny. He was very knowledgeable about a variety of topics, but was also direct when there was an area he had less experience with. Scott did a great job to educate to very good detail on how this whole patent infringement works, the risks and benefits associate with each decision, but he also cautious not paint the results as overly positive, even though likely, but to state them as they are.
He is experience in handling these trolling cases. I will definitely recommend him to you if you received a letter from your ISP provider.
