T & M have done multiple house closings for me and everything went well. I originally used Mau cuz he's a college friend of mine, but one closing Mau wasn't available and Margarita stepped in with no hiccups. Also, at my first house closing Mau did a great job of explaining in simple terms what I was signing and why. Full disclosure, Mau and Margarita are clients of my business, but that relationship didn't impact my review of them. I would hire them again.
