IT was great to work with her on the sale of our business. She was tough as nails when needed, but was also able to calm us and the other parties to keep a complicated transaction flowing smoothly. There were many times when the behavior of the buyer and their attorney were less than professional but Charmaine kept us calm and communicated in a stern but clear manner with them until all issues were resolved.
