I worked with Fred back around December- February when obtaining my RN license. Best decision I ever made. I found out the summer prior that some old arrests I had could potentially affect me getting my license (I should have researched it before starting nursing school but I didn’t). I reached out to a couple attorneys and chose Fred because he got back to me immediately. I spent my last semester of nursing school very anxious and Fred was always very responsive when I had questions. I passed the Nclex in January with a job already waiting for me. Fred got me my license within 3 weeks (which is the normal time frame for receiving your license without a background). I will forever be grateful for this firm. I have no doubt that if I would have tried getting my license alone, it would have taken months if at all. My arrests were old but they were not minor things. Price is fair, too. I would have paid 5x more if I knew the results I was getting!!

I had a major issue trying to renew my FOID card. I was extremely frustrated but Mr. Nickl informed me he would do everything he could to resolve this issue. My issue has now been resolved, thank you for the excellent customer service.
