I have been working with Shijo since I started in the real estate business. Shijo has consistently gone above and beyond for my clients. Many of my clients have told me about how Shijo was able to make a mole hill out of a mountain when it came to issues they faced. I would recommend Shijo to anyone looking for a seasoned real estate attorney.

I used Shijo as our real estate attorney twice for house closings. I found him to be a kind, caring, authentic, understanding and personable attorney. He responds to emails and phone calls promptly. He knows how to advocate on your behalf. While buying my dream house and selling my townhouse simultaneously, we came across hurdles with difficult buyers. Shijo was able to effectively communicate with their attorney, allowing both parties to close on time. Fortunately, we were able to keep our locked rate. I appreciated how he was able to figure out and resolve the sudden HOA issues that were brought close to closing time. He updated us as needed to know where we were in the closing process. I found his charges were fair when comparing to other real estate attorneys. During closing, he explained each page of the closing document very precisely so we understood well what we were signing. His attention to detail is impressive. I highly recommend Shijo. He is an excellent and genuine attorney. Attorneys like him are hard to find nowadays.
