As a couple we decided we wanted to emigrate from Ireland to the US. My husband is a dual citizen between both countries however we knew I would need a spousal visa (I130) to join him. Made a mistake filing my Visa, leading to a denial, then tried to lie about it after I consulted 4 other attorneys who all told me it was attorney error. This is not a law firm, it’s a marketing company who have extortion fees but the fantastic marketing they have makes them seem more reputable, avoid.
