Amí me robaron más de $3000, y no hicieron nada por mi caso, la petición que estaban haciendo lo hicieron mal y me sacaron todo ese dinero y I-130 es gratis y ellos me sacaron todo eso y dinero de mi tarjeta. Son unos estafadores son ladrones del pueblos, ratas asquerosas, no los contraten no pierdan su dinero, estafadores

Trate de ayudar a un amigo pague 3,875 y tardaron más de 40 días y no isieron nada justo hoy que ya ivan a meter la papelería el chavo ya había sido deportado. Estoy muy decepcionada algunos abogados son como la lotería sale uno bueno en 100 ojalá me regresen mi dinero porque cobran asta por contestar el telefono 😡😡😡 aquí no pueden borrar los comentarios porque en otras redes los borran como Facebook solo dejan los buenos y me estaban insistiendo wue pusiera 5 estrellas nombre les doy 1 porque es la más baja si no 0

I contacted this law firm because the Latino Organization of the Southwest was overwhelmed with DACA renewals and my experience with them was horrible. At the beginning everything was going smooth, up until I made the 1k payment for their services. When it came to the payment they where on it, setting up payment dates and I mean they where on it to collect their payments and didn’t want to receive or look at any of my paperwork until the full payment was made which is understandable because I understand they are running a business. But when it came time to renew my paperwork they took forever. I had sent all my info almost 3 months prior to my DACA expiration date and it wasn’t sent until 2 weeks before it was expired. They first called me saying that they where missing one piece one document and in that same phone call they said “Oh never mind we actually do have that document” then 2/3 weeks later they called me again saying they actually didn’t have it and they said it was my mistake when in the first phone they said they said they DID have said document. Then they took another month just to “review” the paperwork and actually send it cause it had to get reviewed by 2 or 3 different people just to make sure everything was ok. The Latino Organization of the Southwest gives better services and they don’t do all this back and forth of having 2 or 3 people double check documents one person does it and if everything is correct they sent the paperwork that very same day. If it wasn’t for the fact that the Latino Organization of the Southwest was overwhelmed with cases I wouldn’t have gone and overpaid for their services. Not only are their services overpriced but they are slow with the whole process, the Latino Organization of the Southwest only charges 100 dollars for their services Consumer Law Group charges 1k. I’m going back with the Latino Organization of the Southwest they provide better services and aren’t that slow and I only pay 10% of what Consumer Law Group charges. And the thing I disliked the most was that they wanted me to leave a 5 star review when they filled out the DACA renewal form but took almost 2 and a half months to actually send it! Never Again!

Don’t trust these people they would tell you that they will help you ASAP . Once they got their money, they won’t even try to help you they told me that they could help my partner case ! I asked for proof to see if they were doing any work and they didn’t give me any proof! Also, I asked her why couldn’t they give me proof ? Too see if they we’re actually working on the case . I had to call them many times to ask what are they doing? Some of the customers didn’t know what to say. It was a whole confusion thing that didn’t make sense at all ! So I pretty much got fraud from these people which I am pretty upset about that. I asked for my money back and now they’re telling me oh you have to wait for a week to talk to another customer . Also Funny thing is one of these guys were telling me to put them five star review at the first time and I told him I’m not gonna do it thank God I didn’t do it . Please people be careful about these people. They only care about the money ! They don’t care about our family . Also be aware their Probably gonna tell you their famous and that they have five stars recommended from either TikTok or on other website !

Es mi peor experiencia con ellos no.hicieron nada en el caso de mi esposo nomas me robaron no los recomiendo estos estafadores no me dieron mi reenbolso.me costo mucho conseguir mi dinero y me hacen esto no es justo ellos nomas aprobechan de los pobres no ayudan nada estúpidos nacos son unos basura gentes no caigan con estos ladrones de quinta..no pierden su tiempo..

Do not hire this group of law firm. They are INEPT, unprofessional, unhelpful, with zero to no knowledge on how manage cases. To them it is about QUANTITY AND GIVING POOR QUALITY IN SERVICE. Every action item is left to the last minute. If you are Hispanic do not hire them, they will treat you like road kill. I wonder if I didn't actually know my rights, studied my own case and knew English how much worse would my experience would have been. Took 3 months for this firm to respond back to a petition. They don't call you back, they block email from you to the actual lawyer handling your case. You never truly have a hands reach to a lawyer, just get thrown around through their inept/rude/lazy staff. These people don't even speak English well, when optioning to speak in English because I am more comfortable expressing myself, I would get someone who I couldn't understand. Finally the nightmare was over with this law firm last night. I received text my document I been waiting for the last 4 years & $7k later, arrived to their office. I immediately drive to Chicago which is an hour or so drive. Just so their staff could ignore me by the door even though there was people still in the office. I called ahead, asked for 5 mins for someone to hand me my document, instead I was brushed off. You would think $7k on services and 4 years of waiting, asking for 5 mins would be a small ask. They are the absolute worst low class quality of staff. Mi gente hispana dejen de ir a este despacho de abogados. No son personas profesionales, no saben ni cómo mandar bien papeles, no ponen prioridad a los casos. Para ellos es más importante agarrar los más casos posibles y dar lo mínimo en el caso. Guarden su dinero y vayan con abogados DE CUALQUIER OTRA RAZA. Somos nosotros los mismos hispanos que nos tratan mal y denigrante. Desde el principio hasta al fin fue un terror. Ahí muchos otros abogados que cobran menos, más dedicados a su caso y lo tratan con respeto.

Horrible service that doesn’t care about their clients. My wife had to call various times to receive an update on her case. It turned to a job to continue to call to receive an update to ask if they’re actually doing their job. If you read their responses on bad reviews, it’s the same response as if they’re using a template to respond. Just like when we tried to obtain an update, they respond back with a template response.

Realmente esto es una estafa, las personas que contestan son groseras, solo quieren la plata de las personas. Al principio cobran 175 por un análisis e investigación lo que nunca hacen y luego alguien que se hace pasar por abogado afirma que te pueden ayudar y por eso cobran 3.700 dólares, realmente es una estafa, no resuelven tus dudas solo piden dinero, no hacen una investigación solo piden dinero, no ayudan en nada solo piden dinero, pedí una devolución de mi dinero y tampoco gestionan, ya que el caso lo pasan a “revisión” y luego te devuelven una llamada, pero oh sorpresa nunca te llaman !!! Como es posible que ellos no se tomen la molestia de hacer una mínima investigación ? Aún así brindándole evidencia e información no se toman el trabajo de por lo menos anotar lo que uno les dice ??? Realmente tenía más información e investigue más yo que ellos. LADRONES DEL PUEBLO estafadores. 🐀🐀🐀🐀

Es muy triste ser engañado por personas que están al otro lado de los teléfonos de Esta firma de abogados según ellos . ESTAN para ayudar al Pueblo Son Mentiras ahora que ya les he pagado una cantidad grande ya no me contestan el teléfono. No conocen ni el respeto y están por debajo de la Ética Profesional. Mentiras, Promesas , Estafas, Es lo que hasta ahora me demuestran por que para cobrar estaban llame llame , ahora ni siquiera me han llamado. Para darme una Explicación. .
