I recommend you people not to use this law. Firm for the simple reason. It's been going on a year and cannot get none of my paperwork done after the payment was done If you're Hispanic, you get the end of the stick from these people. That's why I'm taking them to court now. Joshua is the worst person to work with That's why all the bad reviews are from hispanics the way he treats them.

You will initially talk with Josh for consultation and once you sign the contract with them you won’t get another word with him, ever. I was giving advice to their own advantage. I’m glad I didn’t follow through, it just didn’t feel right.

I have been waiting since November 2023 for a title name change and they keep saying they waiting for a water certificate from the city of Chicago. It's been 4 months and I'm getting the run around. I need help. Since my last review I was given someone else from Citizens Law to assist me and I'm pleased to say that my issue has been corrected and I have my quit deed. This process didn't take long at all with the new assistant. So thank you so much.
