When IDOT filed a condemnation case on my property. I called Bryan and he talked me through the entire process. He and his team filed all the necessary paperwork with the courts. They kept me up-to-date with emails and phone calls as the process played out through the McHenry county court system. In the end I received much more compensation than IDOT originally offered. We had a really positive experience working with Bryan Lynch and his firm. We experienced a condemnation of part of our property by IDOT as part of the grade separation project with CN railroad tracks. His firm was able to achieve a substantially higher payment for us for that property. He was also very responsive and provided us with updates on the progress of the project through the entire lengthy process. He even went above and beyond for us when our bank tried to claim part of the funds. While eminent domain is a really terrible process, Bryan Lynch made it as painless for us as possible.

We just completed an eminent domain case where the government was taking a significant part of our farm for a road extension project. They initially told us that an eminent domain case would not be able to get us any more money than its offer. We were directed to Bryan Lynch to represent us in the case, and we are SO happy we were. We could not have gotten through this, especially the government’s pushy tactics, without Bryan going to bat for us. He listened to all our questions, informed us of the steps needed all along the way, and did all the footwork. In the end, Bryan got us about 50% more in our pockets than initially offered. He also walked us through all the forms and paperwork needed at the end, which was complicated because I live out of state. He often knew the processes better than the government’s attorneys.
