Jay Rock and Cory took over a business situation that was not handled well be a previous attorney. I was thankful for their follow through and knowledge. They care about the needs of their clients, and I would highly recommend this firm for business or corporate law.

Mr. Rock represented me in a buy-out of several partnerships I had been a party to for many years. His knowledge of the law and negotiating skill increased the value of my buy-out by an enormous amount. Jay found several different legal leverage points that led to the turning point in the negotiation.
