Unprofessional handling of initial inquiries
“After speaking with intake and I was told I would get a return call, after 6 weeks I called back, left message , got a call back from office leaving me a message to call them. They block your phone number if it's a no. I called from my phone, It's an internal recorded voice saying we cannot complete your call, but call from a number not on their file, it goes through. Unprofessional all the way!!!”
