This law office claims they handle federal cases; however, I was told by an intake staff member that they would not assist me because my sexual assault case fell outside the statute of limitations. There is no time limit in federal cases, so I'm wondering if they're either falsely advertising they can take on federal cases or if they just don't know the law...

From my first call to my last the last call the experience was above and beyond excellent, Professional, Personal and more than helpful. At the same time it always felt like they were Family!!!! Customer service from the receptionist was horrible she had an attitude would not transfer the call to the manager and hung up when I told her my situation was time sensitive I don’t recommend this firm
