My father died from covid and nursing home neglect, the process was going great until 7 months after we started paperwork.I was told that my fathers neglect and death weren’t to be handled by them because it was out of their jurisdiction and that they allegedly didn’t have the man power for the case. What was disappointing was the time that was given to file the necessary paperwork and be told this almost a year later. I felt they wasted my time with what they could have said sooner. I also felt like they didn’t properly listen to what my initial complaint was and that my fathers case got lumped in with covid lawsuits when that was not why I contacted them in the first place. There was documented neglect that I felt Levin and Perconti didn’t care to properly investigate. The neglect happened in the state of Illinois which most lawyers in the city of Chicago could easily take on. I felt that they lied because my fathers case wasn’t of value to them.

Personally, I just want to say thank you to everyone at your office for their excellent service, and especially to Jack Terran for all of his help.
