10/10 would recommend. These guys are the best. Daliah and her team know what they're doing to the t. They go after your copycats and infringers and shut them down for good & get your paid for it. If you have a copycat problem on amazon, you need them.

Clear consultation, even though I did not receive the result I wanted

Over the past several years I have consulted with Daliah Saper several times, she and her team are always excellent. The most recent consultation was today, a wanted Daliah to review a prior contract I had with a former representative. She and her team reviewed it with me and explained clearly my options. Daliah and her team are professional, thorough, and extremely empathetic to their clients. Brandon has been my main go-to person, and he always takes the time to explain contracts, negotiations, and any questions I may have. From what I can tell, they make no distinction between a "big" or "small" client. I feel as though I've received their full attention regarding my matters, and that makes a huge difference when wading into unfamiliar waters like contract negotiations. I've worked with them a few times now and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. When something like your intellectual property is at stake, these are the attorneys you want on your side.

Daliah and her team are incredibly professional, but also very empathetic. Clients sometimes require that empathy as bad things do happen to good people. Still, that alone isn't going to do the trick, it's their knowledge of copyright law, experience and savvy that gets it done.
