Rude, demeaning, and condescending in communication with clients

“Had a very unpleasant experience with Sean. He was rude, demeaning and condescending in our exchange. He said there's so little at stake in my case financially that my case essentially did not matter. To me, that was incredibly insulting because I work hard for my money and I felt belittled by his comments.”
