I was already on a suspension from a previous DUI that I was found not guilty for. Someone somehow use my name for driving while my license was suspended . The court wanted me to plead guilty and gave me no chance to explain myself until I found this lawyer. He heard my story and we teamed up together and the court could never produce evidence to say that I was the one driving but they still tried to pursue me to give up my rights and agree to the fact that I was guilty but had no evidence.
