Inconsistent front desk staff with poor customer service
“What I really had problem is with his front desk. I went there 6 times, and every time that lady found a way to mess things up. She once didn't call and cancel my appointment when the lawyer wasn't available. Very rude, never apologized for her mistakes, and literally hung up on me once when I didn't even finish my sentence on making appointment.”
