My son and I were injured in an accident earlier this year. Atty Malatesta and his staff were excellent! They explained the process every step of the way and were just a phone call away when we needed them. Atty Malatesta was able to get us the settlement we deserved. Nothing can replace the trauma we experienced in the accident but, the settlement they won for us will help us continue the care we need to try to fully recover.
