Cliff was presented with a constantly changing situation located in Michigan. He was patient, thorough and well spoken when it came to researching and drawing up documents that we needed.

I was connected with Clifford through a mutual friend. After an initial consultation I was impressed with his background, ethos and approach, and hired him for an investment project. Within days, Clifford performed deep evaluations of the laws in both Illinois and Michigan and presented high-level considerations, concerns, and recommendations. From there we iterated quickly and often until all parties were satisfied. Clifford was completely indispensable throughout this process. I was amazed at how quickly his turnarounds were, his attention to detail, and how he explained the complicated legal landscape in a digestible format.
