Don't waste your time and money with these people that only know how to rip people off.

I did all the work that they were supposed to do, and when I finally had the opportunity to finished on my own, they denied giving me all the paperwork that I had giving them until I had finished paying their crapy service. When I started with them, with a payment plan to complete a full payment of $5000.00 plus for the service, I had my hopes up that they were charging this much because they where going to be good. A month after, we decided to process everything on our own because that's what we were practically doing. When we went to the office to cancel the service, we still had 2 to 3 thousand dollars to pay which was nonsense. I really don't recommend them unless you want to get ripped off. They basically feed off people's fears to get their money. They falsely advertised that they will help you, yet you end up doing all their work and they just staple the paperwork packets.

Excelente abogado . A mi siempre me han atendido muy bien . Excelente servicio al cliente en la oficina, muy ordenado, y lo que mas me gusto es que cuentan con oficinas en varios estados del pais. Tienen con oficinas en ciudades importantes como Los Angeles, Houston, el Paso, Harlingen y por esta razon me da mucha confianza porque puedo ver que tienen muchos recursos y condiciones para ayudarme

HORRIBLE service do not go to them they will screw you over with everything. they don't care about you all they care about is your money and getting paid. once you pay them off they will put your case aside. You will also meet with assistant never with lawyer. They will switch lawyers every couple months to a year. we have been with them trying to close a simple case for the past 7 years and have seen a different lawyer every court date. You will hear one thing from on person and them call back another day and they will tell you a different story. They dotn know what they are doing here at all.PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

A relative's case is still being reviewed. The turnover rate with this law firm is ridiculous. Call center is horrible. Customer Service horrible. Definitely not worth the money they were paid. Employees leave and their email addresses don't have any emails coming back advising that they are no longer with the law firm. Every time I call it's fighting with RUDE customer service representatives and very long wait times. I am hoping that with this review SOMEONE will contact me and take my relatives case seriously. I could go on with so many HORRIBLE things to say. There are good people there but it is only a handful of people.

Once paid they stop calling back. The case has run longer then they expected so I guess is no longer they're job.?
