Joe and his team have assisted us recently with closing on the purchase of our home as well as selling our previous home as a for sale by owner sale. Both interactions went flawlessly and overall was an extremely easy process for us, not to mention affordable! He is also extremely knowledgeable about McHenry County in general which was extremely helpful. We will never use anyone else moving forward and cannot recommend him enough!

Joe and his office (Jennifer) just helped us close on our new home and they truly a pleasure to work with.
