I hired Dan for a traffic case and was VERY satisfied with the outcome. I was looking for an attorney who would understand the importance of keeping a clean driving record and not just making a deal with the state to close out a case and call it a win. I wanted an attorney who cared about my concerns and LISTENED--not someone who was going to dismiss my concerns because he "knows" a person or two at the courthouse. If you are looking for an attorney who literally 'has your back' then Dan is the man!

First and foremost, Dan absolutely deserves all the 5 star reviews he has received. He helped me through a bad speeding ticket (40+ over, class A misdemeanor). I sent in my ticket when his law firm was closed, however, 10 minutes later I received a call from Dan to talk about my case. His attention to detail, compassion, and honesty are exactly what I needed at that stressful time. Two things that helped me the most with Dan were his honesty about possible outcomes of my case and his timely responses to any questions I had throughout. By the end, he managed to get my ticket reduced to a petty with minimal community service and some traffic school in order to keep the ticket off my driving record while keeping the costs below what was initially discussed.
