I hired Jeannie to represent me on a family case. My Ex wanted my children to live with him so that he didn't have to pay me child support. I'm not sure there's enough space here to mention all the wonderful words I have for Jeannie Ridings and her staff. Incredibly understanding, unbelievably patient and kind with me and my extremely difficult decision to divorce. Jeannie proves over and over she is THERE for YOU- not just working for you. She was also an amazing therapist (on the side) for me! There are so few people (let alone most lawyers) that you can trust. You can trust Ms. Ridings with pure confidence. Her staff is just as amazing- returning any phone or emails in a timely manner so you're never left worrying or wondering. Being a previous office manager myself, it's a huge help to answer calls with a cheery "KRV Legal, this is "so-and- so," may I help you?" My tip to possible future clients: When you call 815-444-8700 and the receptionist answers with "Offices" DON'T hang up like I did! You've reached the right place!
