I approached John with a matter than I made sure to tell him was very time sensitive. He said he understood, and then did nothing with the case, sat on his hands and didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my inquiries about the case for 6 weeks. I can't speak to his technical expertise, but if he's as professional with his other clients as he was with me, he will soon need to seek other means of employment. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
