Overall, Steve and his staff did a fair job of closing on my father's home. It wasn't a smooth ride, but also wasn't totally on Steve and his office. I've purchased and closed on 9 homes in my lifetime. This was very slow and tedious by comparison, especially for an auction sale with no inspections to deal with. Our attorney, Mr. Steve Miller has had the title work for 2 weeks now, yet we can't get a closing date. There are zero excuses for not having closed on this property. The property was sold as is, where is, and the bidders were required to have their funds sorted out ahead of time. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. However, the bulk of the blame for this falls on the auctioneer for misleading us regarding bidders' requirements. About five minutes after initially leaving this review, the attorney called me (after hours, impressive!). We now have a closing date of December 29th, a full 4 1/2 weeks after the auction though. The reason I was given for the closing being delayed was basically that it was the lender, and holidays. Steve, and his legal secretary did a fine job, and Steve was great about accommodating my dad (stroke victim). Communication is the biggest reason for missing 5 stars. All too often (I called about 5-6 times over the course of the 4 1/2 weeks.), I was told they were busy, and someone would call me back. Sometimes they did, sometimes they didn't.

Hired Bob for a DUI case and after over a year of getting continued court dates and horrible communication he decides he cannot represent me a week before my trial. After all this still ended up with a bill over $500 and in search of another lawyer.

Worst attorneys EVER!! I hired someone from there for a simple visitation order battle with my ex. Not only have I not seen my son in over 4 weeks but now have been told it will be much longer before I see him. The attorney talked a big game for my money but not once did he deliver. Affordable somewhat sure yea but good lawyers that do their job hmmmm. I do not recommend them.

When I called to ask if they did clemency cases the receptionist placed me on hold which was fine because she went to ask if they did or not because she didnt know obviously.. after returning to my call she said no they didn't... my response was ok thank you have a good day... her response was bye with a rude tone... to be honest her tone was rude from the beginning of the call...

Jared Trigg helped me with the closing on my house. It was very difficult for me because the house was my grandmother’s before I purchased it from her. He was very professional, answered any questions I had and had everything done in a timely manner. I can’t thank him enough for everything he did and how easy he made this for me.

Eric Eve's took on our case and our 900 bucks 16 weeks ago. After weeks of being promised paperwork over and over and then us calling, calling again and finally just showing up in his office today, he notifies us that he can't represent us because he also heard the other parties case by accident, not realizing who they were. Complete waste of 16 weeks! Pretty bad when you don't even know who your own clients are!!! He's very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend him to anybody!
