Phone interviews not easy

They are the best. I first got on SSD when I was 33 yrs old, with out legal help. Then when I was 41 I got a Class A CDL. license and drove for a Trucking company for 2 years. Then one month I made $8.00 more then was allowed per month, by Social Security and I was immediately cancelled. I went to Tuggle & Lichtenberger and Dave Toggle got me reinstated in about 15 months. I was not sure I could be reinstated because of the fact, that I was able to get a CDL license and Social Security said I was not disabled from depression, but I was and I just couldn't keep up with the demand of the Trucking Company I worked for. However. Dave Toggle was able to prove in court that I was too depressed to continue working and got me reinstated. If your trying to get on disability or get reinstated --Tuggle & Lichtenberger are the best.

David Tuggle recently assisted my sister with getting approve for social security disability. Very rude told me that Mr Tuggle probably wouldn't even See me even after I said I would I would pay just to talk to rude Linda said he would not even see me.. so I took my case elsewhere to a better lawyer... I would never recommend Mr Tuggle for another person....
