If I could give 0 stars I would. They are not helpful at all and very rude even when you ask a simple question. Very unprofessional

OPINION: firm only interested in running up a bill. Plays games at expense of consumer.

I needed information on the mortgage company which state provided for me. I couldn't ask for better treatment.

This company handles the cases professionally and I like when a property that I bid on is with these people.

If you are a defendant in a case filed by Heavner, Beyers and Mihlar's law firm, watch out! Their legal strategies are based on lies and obstructions to discovery. Don't give up the fight, though! There is a Judge somewhere not afraid of attorneys' reviews to prevent him/her from staying on the bench, a Judge who will not tolerate shameful and unlawful behavior. Fight your foreclosure, fight the banks and their attorneys from Heavner, Beyers and Mihlar.
