Very rude!!! Called because I had received an envelope with nothing inside, no letter nothing and had and have no knowledge of any case I'm involved in and the receptionist told me no she wasn't going to tell me what it was about because she was too busy and she'd resend whatever it was out. Very rude Very unprofessional!

Paul is great. Always on top of any issues. Paul listens and gets straight to the point on what we need to do. Calling into the office is pleasant. Robin is great and will always let paul know you called.
