I was very hesitant about the idea of filing for bankruptcy & totally dreading the whole process of having to find a good attorney to help me through it. I came across the office of Jay BARR & read great reviews online, so I decided to make an appointment and meet in person so I could get all of the right information. Jay answered each one of my questions in a very professional, pressure-free manner, and helped me to get things going. He made himself available to me by phone, email, through the entire process and was always very quick to get back to me if for any reason I was not able to get a hold of him right away. I'm very satisfied about the service I received. My bankruptcy was fairly quick, inexpensive, and stress-free, without a single complication. I appreciate Jay BARR and everything he has done from our first meeting to make this process less intimidating, efficient, and timely. A Bankruptcy is cumbersome and full of anguish, however Jay Barr helped me find my way through this difficult process. He explained the ins and outs, what can and cant be done, (student loans excluded from bankruptcy..lenders be damned) and provided resources for helping me to ultimately choose to file, thereafter acted as guide.
