I am a machine mechanic for over 35 years, I am in my mid-fifties & need a few more years to retire, I called mrs. Taylor told her my concerns bout the illegal activities my employer their lawyers HR department supervisors & the union is committing against me, she asked me 4 their name,mrs.Taylor set up a consultation,when I got2 her office mrs.Taylor had previously communicated with the employer and their lawyers, the Company their lawyers & their Daley Center Cronies were illegally listening in on her computer & feeding her questions 4 me2 answer so they will know how2 defend themselves 4 all the illegal activities they R committing against me,some crony in the adjacent room in her office was typing everything I said without her asking 4 my permission 2 allow this nor telling me who he is & Y was he listening in & illegally typing MY information while SHE was already writing down her notes! every time I answered a question her computer would Buzz another question4 her2 ask me, she'd look at her computer read it & ask me, she was also wearing an earpiece, she kept on trying 2 adjust something in her ear & it was not an earring, she saw me see what she was doing she turned RED as a Tomato Choked up Embarrassed Hesitated took a big breath then she continued 2 do the illegal activities against me anyway, she betrayed me, she was very dishonest 2 me, upon information facts evidence & belief she falsely informed me that she represents all types of employer violations against employees, she lied, she proved she's on the company's side, I would not refer to victims, then she continuously doubted what I was telling her of what was going on in the facility I work for, they R continuously committing the following, sexual misconduct & harassment, employees recording, video taping & taking pictures of me while I am changing in the locker room in my underwear posting me on social media & showing employees in the facility me in my underwear shaming & defaming me, swearing laughing at me, bullying me, violating me & my privacy, hostile environment, age national origin & religion discrimination, physical disabilities, labor violations, EEOC human rights violations, OSHA violations, mrs. Taylor said she didn't believe anything I was telling her & these things don't happen by a big company & its employees? I was in shock & flabbergasted with her, she made me sick, she is a disgusting human being 2 me, the company is responsible 4 promoting & allowing this intentional treatment against me, I told her when a hungry animal targets its prey that's the one it goes after!, they R targeting me 2 get me fired like they once already illegally did & had to bring me back, they are also trying 2 make me quit, they discriminate harass, swear, physically threaten my life & shooting at me proof & evidence & all the above, when I confronted & reported all these incidents 2 my immediate supervisors the HR department & union they said they cannot speak 2 me without a lawyer present, they refused to discipline & file grievances against these individuals, their is a code of silence they're all involved in getting me fired & causing the hostile environment, the union does what the company tells them 2 do! & the supervisors & HR department promote these illegal activities against me2 continue trying2 force me2 quit, mrs.Taylor has proven2 me how dishonest she is & falsely informed me employee representation, she deserves zero Stars, she should b disbarred immediately, lawyers have the fiduciary duty & R responsible 4 standard of care & keep everything private, she represented the company rite in front of my face against me an employee, she was asking questions about things she couldn't have known about me ONLY the Company their lawyers & Cronies Knew (PLEASE WATCH OUT)
