Artur represented me in the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. Had an issue with the buyers of my home. On final walk-through following the sale and my husband and I vacating the property after one month of renting from the buyers, buyers wanted some of the security deposit as I left a few things in the house—things I overlooked. Artur helped negotiate a settlement with their attorney.

Ellen Yearwood is so knowledgeable and helpful. She gets to the root of the issues and has resources and insights to resolve the situation efficiently. Before I connected with Ellen, I had talked to two other attorneys who were really no help. It was a contract law situation and her advice was right on track. I'm pretty sure that one of the attorneys never even looked at my contract on the phone appointment that I paid for. The other attorney returned my calls at his son's softball game.
