I've been working with Elliott & Assoc since 2019 due to property tax assessments over my purchase price. Owners, Joanne & Mike Elliott & family (Lauren & Danielle), are amazing. All staff members who had touchpoints in this process were professional as was all related correspondence. It takes time and a bit of patience - as anticipated from their communication to me. It's absolutely worth the wait! They have a formula for success and work hard to achieve it. I'm receiving tax refunds from prior years and couldn't be more pleased. Their portion of the refund is more than fair. I highly recommend Elliott & Associates.
