Elliott Law has served us for many years as we appeal taxes on our residential and commercial properties. They make the process very easy and follow up with us before each appeal deadline. Thankfully our relationship with them has resulted in lowered taxes throughout the years.

Our family has been working with Elliott & Associates PC for both residential and commercial appeals! Mike Elliott has personally provided feedback on several of the matters & his staff has an exceptional follow-up system as well. It is a pleasure working with such a dedicated firm. Thanks for caring for your clients like family!

Extremely satisfied with Elliott and Associates property tax appeal. I also did not know about the Homeowners Exemption and was able to get a refund. All thanks to them. Highly recommend!!!

For the same reason I use an accountant to do my personal and business filings, I just find it easier to engage a professional help on property tax.
We all get the annoying mailers for these services and I've responded to some over the years and got mixed results. I even appealed myself but frankly it's not worth the trouble to me. After many years of having not found a real solution, in a moment of "brilliance", I finally asked my real estate attorney who he uses. Not a man of many words, he simply said "take it to Elliott" (Jen, you know who I'm talking about...)
Yes, Elliott & Associates have higher fees than many, but looking back, they seem to obtain greater reductions which more than cover it.
In terms of professionalism, I don't see what could be improved. We get very nicely written news letters informing us what is going on in our districts and notifications as things move through the appeal process. This Covid issue has complicated life for everyone and Elliott & Associates seem to have adapted quickly. We have been with Elliott & Associates for about 5 years by now and I think it's fair to say tax assessments are just not on the radar of "things to worry about" anymore.
Lastly, keep in mind this is a law office and if you come with a bunch of frivolous questions, claims or complaints that show a lack of knowledge, you're probably not going to get the fuzzy response you hope to get. They are not in the business of conducting mini-courses on tax law. Simply give them your PINs, pay the fee, let them do their thing and "You will not be disappointed"
