Pros
1
Efficient and organized in handling legal matters
“She's more organized than I am”
2
Knowledgeable and capable in estate planning and family trust matters
“Ms. Grammer completed our estate planning and family trusts in an expeditious manner. She answered all of our questions and made the experience easy as we had been to several other lawyers who couldn't give us the direction we needed to complete a complicated and sensitive issue.”
Cons
1
Unprofessional and rude behavior towards clients
“This POS not worth two dead flys smashed together.”
2
Excessive billing practices and lack of transparency
“She took about 15 mins to look it over. Next week I received 500.00 bill 100.00 for looking it over 200.00 drive to court 200.00 for her drive home. That's one bill I never paid or never will.”
3
Ineffective in handling legal cases and delays
“I used her about 15 years ago and based on the recent reviews things haven't changed. Do NOT use this woman for ANYTHING. She solves absolutely nothing and just finds ways to draw out cases rather than end them. She drew my divorce out 18 months then I finally fired her - In front of a judge that Susan didn't even show up to the hearing for.”
4
Unresponsive to client communication and neglectful of client needs
“She falls asleep on the phone, doesnt reply to emails or phone calls when its regarding her own mess ups.”
5
Lack of professionalism and compassion
“Dealing with attorney's on a daily basis I found Ms. Grammar to be unprofessional. In trying to discuss my daughters situation with Ms. Grammar, I found her to be brash and a woman who had one thing on her mind, Litigation! I had no sense of any compassion and no sense of someone who is civil.”
