Great place to work with! Jessica Jax and the whole office staff was very professional and friendly. We would recommend that you talk with them about getting your family covered by a trust!

Jessica Jax helped get me set up with estate documents and it couldn’t have gone smoother. When you arrive at the office they are very prepared for your meeting and Jessica asked very through questions to ensure we covered everything I had concerns about. There was a very quick turnaround in delivery of documents in their secure portal. I asked for a small change and it was made almost immediately. One thing that really stood out was Jessica learning the names of “my people” and referring to them that way. It made it feel more personalized and I felt like she was invested in the process. Highly recommend!

I’ve talked to many attorneys in my time. I spent thousands with no result. I’m having to get another to fix what they screwed up. And spend even money when it should been taken care of through this firm. I would not recommend this to anyone (father or military) which I am both. Don’t waste your time here.

We give a 5 star rating for our experience in establishing a revocable living trust with Tucker Allen under the capable advise of attorney, John Fischer. We had always dreaded getting the legal process accomplished because we heard stories about how complicated and expensive the process would be. We sat down with three other attorneys and attended several workshops on estate planning. After evaluating our experiences, we both agreed that Tucker Allen's plan was in our best interests. We were very pleased that you have a set fee with three easy to understand plans of action. John Fischer was very responsive with helping us place our accounts, house, etc into the trust. This was all accomplished in less than 8 weeks and 3 meetings. The initial free consultation, the follow up meeting with decision making, and the final signing of the documents. Hands down the worse law firm I’ve ever dealt with. $23,000 in a mess of a divorce that wasn’t even finished. Left so many loop holes that I nearly got killed because of it. Ended up having to pay another lawyer thousands of more dollars just to fix what they destroyed. Even had the judge tell me what a terrible job they did. This company is not a firm for fathers or military like they promised. They are a firm after money and nothing more.
