Never answer your call . Can not get helped out !!

Beginning to think this law firm is fake. They don't answer my questions. I never speak with whomever my attorney is. They give clipped answers with open ended case finalization dates and refuse to send me information on what they are actually doing on my case. I have been told for over a year now that my case is being reviewed by the defendant but nothing is being settled. Come on I am not ignorant and wish to be treated with a bit more respect. Generic letters telling me not to speak with anyone about my case is not telling me what you are actually working on. If you can't settle it out of court then set me up a deposition date and take it to court. I have had to put off surgeries I need to wait for you to do more of nothing
