Jessica Koester was my lawyer during an incident in 2010. She was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I have recommended her several times and will continue to do so. If I have need of a lawyer again, I will not hesitate to call her. Excellent lawyer!

Though my case is not complete I would like to detail how great Jessica has been from the start. Immediately upon entering her office I could tell she was the lawyer for me. She gave details on what to expect and the timeframe we would be working with. She had a way of comforting even in the most troubling of times. After leaving her office there were questions I forgot to ask. She either answered immediately or returned my calls within the hour. She never acts annoyed or troubled with any of my calls or questions and has told me repeatedly to call her with any more I may have. As the case progresses I will update my rating but as of now she has gained my complete confidence in the fact she will get me the best possible outcome. I would absolutely refer her to anyone needing defence. UPDATE: Jessica was able to get me a more favorable outcome than I could have possibly imagined. She answered every question I had along the way and contantly made herself available. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in a similar situation and will recommend her to friends and family if they get themselves in a similar position. Amazing is the best way to describe her service. I absolutely love Jessica Koester! I hired Ms. Koester for a couple different issues. One being a criminal issue and one being traffic. She handled both of them amazingly. She was able to pretty much wipe them both out. Which I didn't even expect. When I first went to her office, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect, but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the get go. Jessica Koester was nothing but honest and upfront from the beginning. She was very kind and sympathetic to my issues, and showed an actual level of care. Not like I was just a paycheck. She ALWAYS responded to me, whether it be by email or phone in a very timely matter. My cases were settled several months ago, but to this day if I contact her with any questions, she's right there to respond and help in any way she can. I hired Jessica to represent a close relative who had been charged with some very serious crimes which could have led to a life sentence based on his age. We had no doubt in his innocence, but having no experience with the criminal justice system, our family was devastated and totally unequipped to deal with this situation. I called several local attorneys, most of whom were very slow to return my calls. Upon connecting with Jessica, I instantly felt a sense of trust. She was able to provide information to calm our uncertainties and, throughout the 6 month ordeal, was always responsive to all our calls and texts, if not instantly, within the day. She developed a trusting relationship with my relative, which was essential to fact development in the case. She spent many hours visiting the jail to develop the facts of the case. Her preparation certainly paid off. She was well-prepared for the case and proved to be a tenacious litigator. My relative was found not guilty, and our family is whole again.
