Mcdivitt has been a great experience! They are very nice and keep you up to date and informed.

Mr. Deters was able to get my bond reduced, permission to live out of state while on bond, I didn't have to make long drives because he would appear on my behalf, dropped charges and a light sentence.

Although well known, Mr. McDevitt took on my family case and helped us reach a verdict in less than 6 months. We had only one court visit and Dave ran the room. This is not something I’ve ever faced and he made it very easy for me to understand the objective. His special skill is focusing on the law aspect and always deescalating the emotional aspects of the situation. His secretary Laura is an astounding and efficient woman.
