Absolutely amazing! Lauren and her team are extremely professional and polite. Very responsive and helpful. Being a newer agent, I had a lot of questions, Lauren never once seemed bothered by me haha. I loved working with them and cant wait to do so again. Terrible lawyer. She met online with me, promised to set up my will, and then.....nothing! She negotiated her responsibilities to me without even an email. Hope you have better luck, but be careful!

I'm an out of state (New Mexico) client so I never met Lauren face to face. My siblings and I needed an attorney to settle an issue with our later father's estate. I found her on Google when looking for an attorney in the Elgin area.Even though we never met, and even though we never consumed more than a handful of her billable hours, she treated us as important clients: calls and emails returned same-day or with 24 hours latest; direct yet personable advice; and we got the outcome we were seeking. A five-star experience!! Can't thank her enough!!!

Lauren is the best!!! We used her for both sell and buy process of both our homes.
