Elizabeth and staff with the FRS Law Group helped me on both the purchase and sale of my home in Lake in the Hills, IL. Everyone I worked with was wonderful. Attentive to my particular needs and questions and always quick to respond. I'm not sure I ever had to leave a voicemail when I called the office as somebody always answered the phone. I like that. It was nice not having to worry about the details of the transactions as Elizabeth always protected my interests. Thank you to Elizabeth and her entire staff.

Todd is definitely a great attorney and the person you would want to represent you whatever the case maybe. He helped me out tremendously and that lead to me being able to still help my family in meantime.. I usually don't like to give negative reviews to companies but I think it is necessary to share my experience with this group of lawyers. Attorney Morales represented my case for the purchase of my first house, everything went well until the day of purchase, on the closing day she did not appear at the last minute, she sent a colleague who will represent her, which is normal for anyone. present some inconvenience. The bad experience began when, on the day of closing, during the last tour, a problem was found that was not mentioned in the conditions of the house. The additional lawyer obtained a loan in my favor, which was withheld until the situation was investigated. This process should have been carried out by Attorney Morales, who I think started it but did not complete it, because the fund that was approved in my favor was never released or if it was returned to the seller I never knew, since she tried to contact me with Mrs. Morales and never responded to my emails, at least to give me an explanation.

I used Natalie Aguilar from this law group as my attorney for a property I was trying to purchase. Overall a very disappointing experience. Not only did she have terrible communication throughout, but my deal fell through for reasons Natalie could have caught if she took 2 minutes to review all the paper work. Everyone knew I wasn’t closing besides me. On the day of my closing, I get an email, not even a phone call, that I will not be closing on time. My first reaction was to call Natalie when I had time since she went dormant for weeks. To top it off, upon calling, this law firm assigned me Natalie even though she was on maternity leave. Any questions I had were answered with “ I don’t know,” or “ I’ll have to review your file.” Stay away and save yourself time and money please.
