Aloha Everyone, I was referred to Viki Katris by my realtor Amy Chowaniec and what a great team they were! The first house I was going to buy did not turn out a good buy after the home inspection report and foundation photos were revealed. Second house just didn't feel right/look right for the price. I backed out before inspection, then just what we were looking for came up. Viki was so helpful the first time around (mind you they don't charge unless the deal goes down). She was 100% on board with what ever I wanted, or didn't, helpful, responded to my calls even when she was on vacation. Professional to a tee. Today the deal was all signed and sealed with Viki's help long distance over the phone with me in Hawai'i. Yay for Downers Grove to have wonderful women who are patient, attentive, positive and kind!
