I recently sold my house and Vicky represented me on my behalf. I found our communication to be informative and always in a timely manner. I am sometimes in need of having things explained to me and Vicky was always patient and concise. Her efforts have always been above and beyond and I felt confident having her in my corner, she always was one step ahead of the plan. I most appreciate the help she provided me in a time of need while my health is not the best, she always brought me peace in knowing how tenacious she works for her clients. Vicki was amazing. She helped us navigate buying our home through all the complications. She advocated for us when the buyers of our new home were making unreasonable demands. She got us accurate numbers that even our lender could not provide and made sure we were prepared for our closing. I can not say enough about how great Vicki is.

We were moving to Tennessee as well as selling our house in Joliet. Moving to a new state took all my time and concentration almost to the point of forgetting about my responsibility selling my house. Viki handled everything so thoroughly and completely, it enabled me to spend all my energy on our new location in Tennessee and had everything ready and perfect there. Couldn't of done it without her!
