We hired Joerg to represent us in our residential home sale. I found Joerg via reviews on google. He had a substantial number of reviews, of which 5 stars were predominant. He is personable, attentive, knowledgeable and respectful. I didn’t encounter any of the issues mentioned in the one negative yelp review from many years back. Three other attorneys were recommended by our agent but their reviews were few in number and unflattering in comparison. I found Joerg to be very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. He walked us through the process and provided solid opinions during the back and forth on contract negotiations. His assistant, Kim, provided timely and very solid administrative support via email and phone. At the end, Joerg quickly reviewed the things that were on my “to do” list and thank goodness for that as I had overlooked getting a sump pump inspection! 3 business days before the closing, I was able to still get it done and meet the close date. It was a pleasure working with Joerg and would not hesitate to refer him or use him again on real estate or other matters.

Mr. Sheehan has helped me on two occasions. On the personal level I had an accountant who just out and out failed to file my personal taxes - after he had done the work and I had signed off on it... Mr. Sheehan got the penalties waived. On the second issue I was volunteering for a non-profit. I learned that the Executive Director had failed to file tax returns, endangering the tax exempt status of the organization. Mr. Sheehan intervened and saved the day. No penalties and we kept our exempt status!
