Dean is great but his staff is less than to be desired. The one woman got very snippy with me and then I was promised to have my closing figures the day before our 10 am closing. And I did not get them. No courtesy call or anything. It is now 2 hours before closing and I still don't have them and it is a cash deal, so there is no mortgage company to wait on. This is one of a few different issues I've had. Again, Dean is a great Attorney but his staff is not so professional.

Yes, yes, yes! Dean is heaven sent as an attorney. My husband and I have purchased 2 primary homes and 1investment property and my mother purchased 2 homes using Dean for legal representation. He's thorough, knowledgeable, affordable and so much more. Ethnicity is not a barrier.

I am a realtor and have been exposed to many attorneys throughout my 13 year career. I have used Dean both personally and professionally many times over. He always surpasses my expectations in knowledge and performance.
