I found Sarah Roth mid transaction after having to fire my attorney at that time. A simple google search lead me to Sarah and Vince and I'm so happy it did. I purchased new construction from a TERRIBLE developer. After getting nowhere with my current attorney, I asked Sarah to take on my very complicated transaction. My initial call to Sarah was made later in the evening and surprisingly , she answered. She took the time to listen to my situation and discuss the deal. From the moment I hired Sarah I knew that my worries were off my shoulders. Sarah researched the developer and put 150% in to the deal. She took the bull by the horns and fought her way thru every obstacle we had which included making her way to the top heads of the development company. Sarah was always responsive and not once did I feel like I was left hanging. Her communication and response time was exceptional. I'm so thankful that I found Sarah. I don't believe that my transaction would have turned out the way it did without Sarah handling it. I trusted her fully and knew that she had my best interest the entire time. She never gave up the fight. I have no doubts that all of my future transactions will go thru Sarah and Vince. I could only wish that I found them sooner. It was the best decision I made.

Vincent, Cari, and Stephan were great to work with on a difficult purchase transaction recently. It was a multi-unit rehab deal with many moving pieces that required a cohesive team to make heads & tails of everything in order to get it to the finish line. I was very impressed with their diligence, communication, and assistance along the way, and I hope to work with them again very soon!!

Real did a REALLY great job on my first home purchase. Vince and Cari were available anytime I had questions and gave me straightforward answers.
