I contacted Vince at Real Law Group about 4-5 months ago about
reducing my Commercial Building Real Estate Taxes. He filed a
Commercial Tax Appeal and got my taxes reduced by more than 30%!

After years of trying to appeal my property taxes on my own without success, I hired Vinny of Real Law Group. I was amazed how responsive and thoughtful he was. I was working with one attorney on the closing of my home but the day of the closing he was unavailable to come so Vince (whom I had never met) showed up to cover for him and I'm so happy he did. He was extremely thorough and patient (I needed it as a first time home buyer) as we went through all the paperwork. He even went to bat for me on a few things and I was able to save $$$ on my closing costs. He really knows his stuff and I would 100% recommend him to anyone I know.

Definitely a great guy who puts your best interest first. Went thru 2 contracts in the same house with him. First one fell thru because I wasn’t happy with it fully. Vince explained to me that it may kill the deal not giving the buyer all they wanted. It did just that- killed the deal. Then we took another contract about 2 weeks later. Went super smooth and Vince got me what I asked for. As a flipper, I will be using Real Law Group and Vince again soon.

Vince was a delight to work with. We only met in person once (great guy who kept us laughing), but he was patient and responsive in answering all of our questions during our first time home purchasing experience! I don't know anything about the legal process of buying a home, but I know Vince pushed for clarity on some property boundary issues during our closing process which made me feel secure (and like he had a very good handle on everything).
