I hired Mr. Mohammed for my medallion closing. He is very knowledgeable about medallion closings and helped make the process easy and charged a very small fee. My business partner and I hired Amro to review and negotiate a retail store lease (10,000+ sq. feet). We also needed it done quickly because we were slated to move in the following month. Amro got to work immediately and we were on a phone call at 10pm the first few days as he reviewed the lease and talked it through with us. He then went back and forth multiple times with the landlord’s attorney to finalize the lease. His final bill was also 30% less than what my initial attorney said he would charge me. I definitely recommend Amro for real estate.
