We'd use no other real estate attorney in the northern and northwest surburbs. Office, and Andrew, provide amazing services at such ridiculously low fees. No idea how they do it! Hire them if you have a real estate transition in the area.

I don't like writing negative reviews, but I don't want anyone to go through what I went through. My experience working with Linda I regret was very far from a positive one. She was referred to me for the closing on a north shore propery I had sold. On numerous occasions she did not return phone calls, voice mail went in answered and messages or emails were ignored for weeks. When I was able to reach her she seemed disorganized, and far to often said " I don't have your file in front of me'" or would ask for items that were emailed and sent already. She also missed two very critical deadlines related to my sale. My advise is save youself a big headache and a lot of stress and look elsewhere for a real estate attorney.

In my dealings with Andrew he has always been straightforward, thorough and very knowledgeable. Andrew has lived in the Wilmette/Evanston community for many years and knows the ins and outs of the town (and I think he knows half the people in town). I was very impressed with Andrew, and would recommend him and the Central Law Group to anyone.
